We are in the process of moving, so the kids started at their new school, in a small town not far from ours. The kids were really excited, Lynn and I were so nervous for them. Neither of us slept the night before. They are much more easy going than we give them credit for. They were excited, and loved it! The community has a lot to do with that though, EVERYONE has been so nice and welcoming. It would be hard for us to not love it out there. The boys also have cousins going to school with them which they love and have been so excited for.
The 40 minute drive each way is not my favorite thing but it doesn't really seem to bother the kids. And should only be for a couple weeks then we'll be moved.
Case was not thrilled to leave his boys and come home with me. He threw a little fit when it was time to get in the car to go home without them, Refusing to get in the car, pouting all the way home, but he'll get used to it again. I have mixed feelings about them back in school, they are ready for a challenge, to make and see friends and I'm ready for a schedule, but I'm not sure I'm ready to have them gone all day again and to have them be so excited about not being with me all day. However I am excited to have Case all to myself. When Gage and Jett are home he doesn't want a lot to do with me but when they're gone we're buddies and I love it.

Your boys are soooo handsome! They look so grown up. I too struggle with going back to school, but know it is how things should be. Luckily, I get to spy on my kids during the school day. Best of luck with the move!
case is not the only one pouting! {sniff, sniff}
